GRACE MANN – Creighton University Women’s Soccer
My name is Grace Mann and I play soccer at Creighton University. I have been training with Dan for about 4 months. I came in struggling to see growth and to build muscle and speed. My performance and confidence weren’t where I wanted them to be.My experience training with Dan was great. I built a good relationship with him and felt like training was worth going to every week. His training is hands on and really supportive. It was different from other training I have done because it was specific to my sport and the movements I needed to learn.A moment that stood out to me was learning hang cleans for the first time. I wasn’t quite getting the movement down and he helped me learn and improve every time we did them. Instead of dropping that movement and doing a different one, he worked on key movements to help me learn how to do them. The results I saw were muscle build and strength to perform well on and off the field. My confidence definitely increased after each workout. My performance increased significantly, especially on the field. I was able to hold onto the ball more and build speed.I would recommend this to anyone who needs a set workout schedule for their sport or just to stay active. I would tell someone who is interested in training with Dan that it’s a great opportunity and to absolutely do it. My experience training with Dan was great and I definitely worked hard while I was there. Overall, working with Dan was a great experience and I definitely noticed improvement in my workouts and mindset.
PAIGE HARRIS – Culver Academy Women’s Hockey
My name is Paige Harris and I play hockey at Culver Academy. Before training with Coach Dan, I struggled with the explosive power of my first three strides. During my training with Coach Dan, he picked workouts and plyometrics that translated directly to the power of my skating. He is a great trainer because he takes the time to really find what workouts will help you exceed 10x faster than generic exercises. He implemented balance, strength, and lots of plyometrics into my workouts. After just one summer of training, my speed and the power of my skating were already noticeably much better than at the start of the summer. I recommend Coach Dan’s training to anyone who has an athletic goal—he will get you there 10x faster than generic trainers.

HARIS – Training for 1 Year
Before working with Coach Dan, I had LOST CONSISTENCY and DIRECTION in my training. Over the past YEAR together, his METHODICAL, TAILORED PROGRAMMING and DEEP KNOWLEDGE of strength and sport have helped me become NOTICEABLY STRONGER, more CONSISTENT, and far more CONFIDENT in my technique. Training is now a NON‑NEGOTIABLE part of my routine again. Training with Dan gave me the STRUCTURE, KNOWLEDGE, and MOTIVATION to become STRONGER and more CONSISTENT than I’ve been in years.
